Garbrella Pergolas Refund and Return Policy
While we are easy to work with and want you, our customer, to be happy please review our return and refund policy before making a purchase.
Since our pergolas are made-to-order, we do not accept a pergola as a return or offer a refund once the order has been completed and shipped. If the order has not been processed, we are happy to issue a refund.
The best method is to email your salesperson and present the situation whether you don’t need the pergola or it is an incorrect size. We understand that things change, and will do our best to work through the situation with you.
We encourage you to carefully inspect the package and all material for damage, missing, or incorrect items. To receive a refund or free replacement for damaged material; mark the number of damaged materials and have the signature of the customer and truck driver on the bill of lading. Pictures are also necessary and make this process easier. It is not complicated, but just remember the 3 main points that I mentioned; mark the number of damaged materials, customer and truck driver sign bill of lading, and take pictures.
Processing Time for Returns/Refunds:
After the item is returned and received by us, you can expect a refund in 5 to 10 business days.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Personal Checks.
Our pergolas are made-to-order and, therefore, we do not accept returns on custom items nor provide a refund once the order has been completed and shipped. However, we will work with you to try and find a solution. Please call (717) 322 – 0704 and speak with one of our representatives or contact your salesperson.
Small stocking items can be returned, but there will be a restocking fee. Return shipping costs will be at the customer’s expense.
