I ordered a custom pergola. After many emails back and forth to get it designed, it arrived. It's rather large and took 4 days to complete. That timing did not include the bases. It's beautiful and high quality. We had 70 MPH winds yesterday and it didn't budge. Can't say that for the rest of the yard. Anyway, would highly recommend them. Easy to work with and a great product. So happy.

From start to finish…great experience with Garbrella and the 12x16 pergola I ordered. Color and design samples received made ordering easy, and the support I received from Ray (sometimes daily) during my DIY installation was comforting and invaluable. It’s difficult to find honest and personable companies like Garbrella.

Garbrella gets my highest recommendations. I worked closely with Ray Yoder in 2023/24 to design, order and ship a 16' x 7' custom pergola for our home in Ohio. It took my carpenter and I about 2-1/2 days to assemble it. We were both impressed with the quality of the components and the way it went together. It’s very clear that a lot of professional thought and experience went into this product by Garbrella. Nice job Ray and Team Garbrella.

My wife and I absolutely love our pergola it works awesome and went together very well (other than I don’t read instructions well). As much as I love my pergola the service after the sale has been amazing which in my eyes is just as important if not more important. Did I mention I don’t read instructions very well, I put to many screws in the slats for the top so I ran out 1/2 way through, I called and they sent me more…..free….who does that??? I also screwed up one of the trim pieces and guess what they sent me one of those as well. The only thing they said was they wanted a completed pergola that we would be happy with and believe we are. Thank you for all of your support and patience with me.

I got a 16x16 attached vinyl pergola and was able to put it up by myself in 2 days. Very simple to build. A beautiful addition to our back porch. Keeps the sun from glaring down on us but doesn't give the feeling of being closed in. Justine, who delivered the pergola, was very knowledgable and accomodating and arrived exactly when he said he would. He was even able to provide me with construction tips. Had a few questions during construction. Ray got back to me right away. He even sent me additional parts when I needed to modify the design slightly to work with my house.

Found Garbrella on the internet and contacted them to purchase my pergola. They made selecting my pergola easy and at a good price. Had the pergola installed professionally however it looked easy if you have a handy friend who can help. It looks amazing and as I am on the coast has weathered many high winds some over 75 mph. Highly recommend!

I ordered 6x6 post wraps. When they arrived one piece was damaged in shipping.. Garbrella was quick to ship another piece with no questions asked other then sending them a picture. I could not be more happy with the wraps or the great service. Thank you very much.
